XD/XE/XF Fuel Level Sender

Description

A replacement reed style fuel level sender to suit XD / XE / XF Ford Falcons (carb models), Stainless steel construction and NBR float suitable for unleaded pump fuel / E85 , or a stainless steel float suitable for Methanol
Supplied with O-Ring.
Reed style senders have 7mm fuel level resolution.

These senders are available with 10mm feed / 8mm return or optional 12mm feed / 10mm return sizes.

These senders can either operate the factory fuel gauge with the supplied, pre-calibrated add-in module and can be wired into the original wiring (instructions and Deutsch connectors supplied however you will need a suitable crimping tool), or also operate aftermarket fuel gauges directly (240-33 ohm)

Senders can be custom made with other resistance outputs to suit other gauges, and custom lengths if required.

Note: Installation requires a suitable open barrel crimper to crimp Deutsch DTM terminals
