Ordering from Shiftkits Australia
To place an order, a customer needs to firstly complete the online order form on our website. When this form is used it ensures that the customer lets us have all of the required information, so that there will be no unnecessary delays in processing your order.
Customers must ensure that the components that they have specified on the order are suitable for the purpose of customer, that they are compatible with customer’s vehicle. No refund or replacement will be available for incorrectly ordered items or incompatibility issues.
If you chose card as your payment method, your payment will not be processed automatically, the payment will be processed when your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive an email when this is occurs. Please note we may not reply to emails asking why payments have not been automatically applied as it is stated here in the terms and conditions of your order.
The title of all goods and services will remain the property of Shiftkits Australia until the payment of all invoices for goods and services together with any outstanding goods and service fees are paid in full.

Shiftkits Australia will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order. Our standard shipping method is Australia Post Express service.
This service provides delivery by Australia Post to the addressee, and also may require a signature from the addressee as proof of delivery. Shiftkits Australia will not be held liable for any loss or damage to any item once it is dispatched. A tracking number can be provided to the addressee upon request.
International orders may incur additional fees, please contact us for details.
Your order will generally be dispatched within one to three business days of payment clearing and/or stock being available but unfortunately may occasionally take a few days to reach you, especially during peak periods.
a) Credit Card payments clear on the same day the order and its payment is processed.
b) Direct Bank Deposit may take up to three business days to clear.
Shiftkits Australia offers a 30 day limited warranty on all items manufactured by ShiftKits Australia, against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the item at date of delivery. The warranty will not apply to damages resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, modifications or accidents.
The purchaser shall notify Shiftkits Australia immediately of any defective parts, and Shiftkits Australia shall thereupon correct such defective parts or products. Shiftkits Australia shall in no event be held liable for damage or delay caused by defective parts and will not accept any charges for work performed by the purchaser or installer in making adjustments or repairs to the equipment.
No Products will be accepted for return without prior notice. A full credit for the original purchase price minus delivery charges will be allowed on products returned within 7 days of invoice provided the item is returned unopened and in its original condition. Products returned after 7 days and up to 14 days after invoice will incur a handling charge of 10% of the selling price. All Returned items must be in original, unopened packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please note any Electronic modules, controllers or components will not be accepted for return if they have been opened, connected or soldered to.
All other products, not manufactured by Shiftkits Australia, warranties are provided by the respective product manufacturer, in accordance to the manufacturers warranty information.
There is no warranty given on consumable items, gaskets, engine and transmission parts.
We cannot accept any returns for any custom-ordered or special ordered parts.
Shiftkits Australia is not responsible in any way whatsoever for incorrectly installed products or products that are not used in the correct, intended manner. It is up to the customer and the product installer to check the product for suitability to the application before attempting installation. Shiftkits Australia will not be held liable for any consequential or incidental damage of any kind what so ever. Shiftkits Australia will not be liable for any illegal use of any product, in any way, whatsoever.
* Direct deposit: this allows you to pay money directly into our account, either online, or at any NAB bank branch. If your deposit is made by 5pm, we can usually confirm funds the next business day and process your order. An exception to this is any deposit made after 5pm Friday will not appear into our bank account until Tuesday morning.
* Credit Card: we accept payment via either BankCard, MasterCard or VISA. Sorry we cannot accept either AMEX or DC. Your credit card transaction will show as being billed from ‘Pentagon Computer Systems’.
These funds are usually available same day which can speed up processing, but require signature delivery, either registered post or Australian Air Express courier.
Cancellation Of Orders
Orders cannot be cancelled without the express permission given by Shiftkits Australia, and then only on terms that indemnify Shiftkits Australia against all losses.
Any cancellation request for an order must be made as soon as possible. Cancellations attempted after the goods have been dispatched from the supplier or distributor will result in the customer having to pay the shipping and handling charges on the package, and the cost of shipping the package back to the supplier or distributor.
The supplier or distributor will only accept the cancellation if the goods are returned in exactly the same condition that they were in when they were dispatched by them (that is in a saleable, unopened condition) and that their packaging has not been opened or tampered with.
A cancellation request on a custom order will not be accepted under any circumstances once we have started work on that order.
Cancellation requests may be communicated by email, fax or telephone.
Goods Lost or Damaged in Transit
Shiftkits Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods after they are dispatched from our location.
We are happy to accept orders from customers outside of Australia. Please contact us with your requirements and we can provide freight options and charges. Please note all freight rates quoted are for Australia or NZ only.
Limitation of liability and damages
The entire and sole liability of Shiftkits Australia and its Representatives for any reason shall be limited to the amount you paid for the product / item to Shiftkits Australia or its authorized resellers.
Legality Of Products
Items sold are intended for off road use only.
Some of our products may not be street legal. Shiftkits Australia is not responsible in any way what so ever for the Federal, State or local legality of products. It is up to the customer to know the Federal, State or local motor vehicle laws.
